Terms of Use
The rules and conditions that govern your use of InnovaVision Africa's website, programmes, and resources.
Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InnovaVision Africa website, publications, event registrations, programme applications, and related digital resources (collectively, the "Services").
InnovaVision Africa is a pan-African non-profit organisation registered in the Republic of Chad. By accessing our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.
Who We Are
InnovaVision Africa is a mission-driven non-profit dedicated to harnessing technology and innovation for sustainable development across Africa. Our work spans digital transformation consulting, artificial intelligence, blockchain research, innovation labs, youth capacity building, and ecosystem development.
As a non-profit, our activities are guided by public benefit, transparency, and accountability to the communities we serve — not by commercial profit.

You may use our website and resources for lawful, personal, educational, or professional purposes consistent with our mission. You agree not to:
- Use our Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in Chad or your country of residence.
- Reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit our proprietary content, research, or publications without our written permission.
- Impersonate InnovaVision Africa, its staff, or its partners.
- Submit false or misleading information in programme applications, event registrations, or contact forms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases.
- Use our platform to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.
Intellectual Property
All original content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, research reports, training materials, and code — is the property of InnovaVision Africa or its content contributors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are welcome to share, cite, or reference our publications and insights for non-commercial, educational, or advocacy purposes, provided you clearly attribute InnovaVision Africa as the source. Any other use requires our express written consent.
Programmes & Events
By applying to or registering for an InnovaVision Africa programme, accelerator, hackathon, or event, you agree to the specific terms and requirements communicated at the time of registration.
We reserve the right to refuse or revoke participation for conduct inconsistent with our values of integrity, inclusion, and respect — including harassment, discrimination, or misrepresentation in an application.
Participation in InnovaVision Africa programmes does not guarantee employment, funding, or partnership. Any commitments made will be documented in a separate agreement.
Content Submissions
If you submit written feedback, project proposals, research contributions, or other materials to InnovaVision Africa, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and reference that content to support our mission and communications, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You confirm that any content you submit is your own or that you have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Our website may contain links to external websites, partner organisations, media outlets, or research platforms. These links are provided for information only. InnovaVision Africa does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content or privacy practices of external sites.
We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website you visit.
